Thank you for your interest in attending the SNM 2012 Annual Meeting in the beautiful city of Miami Beach, FL.

Entry into the United States – What is Required?
If you require a Visa to visit the United States, it is recommended that you apply as soon as travel to the SNM 2012 Annual Meeting is contemplated but no later than 2-3 months in advance. You will need the following documentation for a visa:

• A valid passport
• Application
• Documents to support the application detailing employment, reason for travel (provide the Society's Preliminary Program and letter of invitation), and financial status.
