Airline Information

• US/Canada Travelers

  United Airlines is the official domestic airline for the Annual Meeting. Call or have your travel agent call United at 800-521-4041 and refer to Meeting ID Number 557HY to book your reservations. These discounts also apply on United Express, US Airways, US Airways Express and Air Canada. You will receive an additional 5% discount off any published airfare from First Class to the lowest applicable discount or a 10% discount off mid-week coach fares. There is an additional 5% discount on tickets purchased at least 30 days in advance of travel. Area pricing with a fixed rate fare to the meeting is also available. Tickets must be purchased at least 7 days in advance and seats are limited.

Amtrak
Amtrak is offering a 10% discount off the lowest rail fare that is available when making your reservation. To make your reservation call 800-US-RAIL (800-872-7245) or contact your travel agent. Refer to the Fare Code Number X90A-905 when making your reservation. This offer is not valid on Auto Train, Acela Express 1st Class, Metroliner Club Car service or sleeping accommodation charges. Fare is valid on Acela Regional service, Acela Express Business Class and Metroliner Coach service during off-peak weekday travel and all departures on weekends. Trains arrive at Amtrak's 30th Street Station, 30th and Market streets.

Transportation to/from Airport
The R1 Airport rail line provides service from the airport to Center City every half-hour daily from 6 a.m. to midnight. The line stops at Amtrak's 30th Street Station, Suburban Station (16th Street and John F. Kennedy Boulevard) and at Market East Station (attached to the Pennsylvania Convention Center). Rental Car

Cabs
A fleet of 1,400 cabs serves the area. Fare is metered at $1.80 plus $1.80 per mile. There is an additional charge of 20 cents for two or more passengers. Fare from the airport to Center City is a flat rate of $20.

Limousine Services
A number of limousine companies operate on a 24-hour basis with vans departing as needed. Service counters are located in each terminal at the airport. Average cost between the airport and Center City is $8-$10 one way.

Local Transit System
The Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) offers commuter service to the suburbs. Suburban Station and Market East regional rail stations are in the heart of the business, shopping and hotel districts. SEPTA also operates a large number of bus routes throughout the city and suburbs. The price on most routes is $2.00, exact change or a discount token. One special route of note, the Route 76 or the "Ben FrankLine," runs from Society Hill to the Philadelphia Museum of Art, with stops on the Chestnut Street transit-way and the Benjamin Franklin Parkway. PHLASH your way through the city on SEPTA's visitor-friendly, colorful buses that connect the Pennsylvania Convention Center and hotels with shopping, restaurants, historical attractions, Parkway museums, the Avenue of the Arts and the waterfront. Driving
Philadelphia is conveniently located near several major metropolitan areas.

Annual Meeting Shuttle Bus Service and Routes
SNM had enlisted Seat Planners, Inc. to manage the shuttle transportation. Signs listing all the routes will be placed by the entrance of the Pennsylvania Convention Center and in each hotel lobby with shuttle service. In addition, hotel front desks with shuttle service will have copies of the schedule. The front and side windows of the buses will display route signs.

Shuttle service will be provided for attendees who reserved housing through ITS, SNM's official housing company, from the following official SNM hotels:
