The SNMMI 2013 Mid-Winter Meeting has concluded.

Please plan to attend the SNMMI 2014 Mid-Winter Meeting February 6-9, 2014 at the Renaissance Palm Springs, California.

SNMMI is pleased to announce the 2nd Sino-American Conference to be held in conjunction with the 2013 Mid-Winter Meeting, January 23-27, 2013 in New Orleans, Louisiana. The 2nd conference will welcome more than twelve Chinese residents and CSNM leaders, and provide insightful and innovative education to attendees from around the world.

History of the Sino-American Conference

In 2007, delegates of the Chinese Society of Nuclear Medicine (CSNM) met with the leadership of the Society of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging (SNMMI) during the SNMMI Annual Meeting in Washington, DC. At that time both organizations agreed to  work towards the creation and implementation of a Sino-American Conference on Nuclear Medicine. A follow-up meeting was scheduled for October 2009 and the final plans were put into place for the 1st Sino-American Conference to be held in 2011. The first conference was hosted by the CSNM and held February 24-28, 2011 in Beijing China. Twelve United States based residents, along with 5 SNMMI Leaders, traveled to China to participate in the exchange of education and knowledge.
