All subscriptions are entered on a calendar-year basis, with a common expiration date of December. Please note the following when applying for lost or missing issues:
Be sure to include a valid e-mail address so we can send you an e-mail confirmation.
- Back issue claims will be honored for 90 days after the last issue of each volume has been distributed.
- Claims for copies lost in the mail are allowed within 90 days of the date of the issue.
- Claims filed due to insufficient (or no notice) of change of address will not be honored.
- Refund requests will only be honored prior to subscription year start date.
