Journal Claims
All subscriptions are entered on a calendar-year basis, with a common expiration date of December. Please note the following when applying for lost or missing issues:

  • Back issue claims will be honored for 90 days after the last issue of each volume has been distributed.
  • Claims for copies lost in the mail are allowed within 90 days of the date of the issue.
  • Claims filed due to insufficient (or no notice) of change of address will not be honored.
  • Refund requests will only be honored prior to subscription year start date.
Be sure to include a valid e-mail address so we can send you an e-mail confirmation.
